Support their Manager and staff members with various admin tasks and help them to make sure that the day to day running of their offices is as smooth as possible for the benefit of the people they support. This voluntary role will include organising and filing staff and client records and taking minutes at team meetings. It could suit someone who would like experience of admin work in an office environment.

Discreet and able to respect guidelines around confidentiality and handling sensitive information
Friendly and approachable

Similar experience is desirable, however full training will be provided.


Working times are Monday to Friday in the morning and afternoon. Volunteer expenses will be reimbursed.
