Volunteer required to help with busy charity shop in the heart of the community.
What are they looking for?

The volunteer will be responsible for helping with the day to day running of the shop. This can include
- unpacking donations from the public
- pricing and putting on rails
- stock rotation and
- keeping the general look of the shop clean and tidy.

The volunteer will work closely with friendly and hard working volunteers who aim to provide the community with good quality items and a warm and friendly atmosphere for people to pop in have a browse and even the occasional catch up. The volunteer will enjoy being part of the community and be given excellent experience towards a retail career. There are other training opportunities available around the organisation.

Practical

Knowledge in retail would be helpful but not necessary as full training will be given. Volunteer will not be required to handle money.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and not be afraid to muck in to any jobs that are required. All volunteers are equal to one another so all jobs in and around the shop will be shared equally.

Reference required and there will be a probation period of no longer than a month.

When: Monday morning, Monday afternoon, Friday morning, Friday afternoon,
Age requirements: Over 18
