Longfield have an opportunity for a volunteer to help in an administrative role in the Education and Training Department. This involves producing documentation for Longfield's Mandatory Training program, booking rooms for training and dealing with telephone enquiries for reserving places on courses. The volunteer may be asked to assist with setting up rooms for courses - for example ensuring the correct equipment is available. This is initially a short term opportunity for 6-9 months, and they are looking for cover for three mornings / afternoons per week with one or more volunteers.
What are they looking for?
Competent in the use of Windows and Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
Working hours are Monday to Friday in the morning and afternoon. Volunteer expenses will be reimbursed.
