The Orchard Trust has 3 care homes in the Forest of Dean and they would like the residents of these homes to be able to access a well maintained garden area providing a stimulating and therapeutic place to spend time. They are looking for volunteers to help with regular weeding, tiding and planting in the gardens. All tools and materials will be provided.
What are they looking for?
An interest in gardening and plant knowledge would be an advantage
Working hours are Monday to Friday in the morning and afternoon. Volunteer expenses will be reimbursed.
When: Mornings/Afternoons, Mon-Fri
Age requirements: Over 18
