They require help to undertake animal care, horticulture and outdoor activities at the Orchard Trust. Their Smallholding currently has Pigmy goats, chickens, ducks, a cow, sheep and small animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs. It is a safe environment that is surrounded by forest owned by the Trust and has land used for growing a variety of produce. For this role it is also important to support and work alongside people who have learning and physical disabilities who will be accessing the site to enjoy participating in therapeutic work activities.

To be willing to learn and undertake training
Working hours are Monday to Friday in the morning, and all five days except Wednesday in the afternoon. Volunteer expenses will be reimbursed.
