Cheltenham 1st Stop is a help and advice centre that people with a range of needs can
drop in for support, advice and guidance.
Help is needed on the reception desk to answer telephones, greet clients and provide
administration support. The centre is used by people with a wide range of support needs
so you would need to understand the need for confidentiality. This can sometimes be a
challenging role but you would be fully supported by the staff team
What are they looking for?
For this role you will need a good telephone manner and people skills, be friendly but with the ability to cope under difficult circumstances, previous admin experience, a good basic level of maths skills for adding up statistics and the ability to take initiative when needed
When: Mornings/Afternoons, Mon-Fri
