The Anchor Section is all about boys (5-8 year olds) having a fun time, with games, craft sessions and getting to know other boys in the group, They have boys from most primary schools in the area and are looking for volunteers who can give an hour of their time each week during term time. The role can be just supervisory or if you would like to be more involved then there are opportunities for this too.

If you enjoy working with young people and can be patient, encouraging and helpful then you will get lots of satisfaction from this role

Practical

Youth leader training is available as is training in specific aspects of the role. Safeguarding training is undertaken by all helpers and leaders.

Located on the main A438 out of Tewkesbury, bus stops on both sides of the road. and is situated 100 metres west from the Canterbury Public House
