You will play a vital role in helping to ensure the smooth running of the Gloucester-based Bureau. Duties can range from answering telephone calls, writing letters, dealing with post received and to be sent out, filing and assisting caseworkers in their duties.

What are they looking for?

You will be well-organised and friendly and have good communication skills. IT skills would be desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the role.


Training is provided.

There is wheelchair access and a disabled toilet is available. The number 12 bus stops right outside the office.

Volunteer expenses are covered and insurance cover is in place

When: Mornings/Afternoons, Mon-Fri
