Are you interested in grassroots cricket ? Do you have a strong administrative flair ? Then this role may suit you very well.

The requirement is for someone who can provide a full secretarial service to the League, both in routine matters and at committee meetings. You would be involved with:

- Producing agendas for meetings (in consultation with the chairman) and minuting meetings.
- Maintaining the Club Contacts database.
- Receiving correspondence
- Drafting any changes to the Handbook, and organising the printing.

The routine tasks would be delivered from home and committee meetings take place at the Holiday Inn, Crest Way, Gloucester GL4 3RX
What are they looking for?

The organisation is looking for:

- Strong administrative skills.
- Basic knowledge of Word, and maybe Excel.

If you have interest in maintaining the League website, that would be helpful but far from essential.
