If you can swim and want to help people with learning disabilities, this is the role for you!
You'll be accompanying a group of adults with learning disabilities to swimming sessions at a local pool alongside support staff.
You'll actively assist in the running of swimming sessions, joining everyone in the water and ensuring everyone is safe, having fun and generally increasing the group's social interactions as they get to meet somebody new.
What are they looking for?
You need to be comfortable and capable in and around a pool environment with strong swimming ability. You'll also be friendly, approachable and social with a good sense of humour.
You must be able to swim, and preferably be of or over the age of 18.
When: Wednesday afternoon
Age requirements: 16 upwards

About Salters Hill Charity (VG)
They provide services and support for adults with learning disabilities in the Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire area. This includes accommodation at three sites in Ledbury and Gorsley and support for people living in their own homes in the community.
