Receptionist  with Share Young People's Counselling Service (Ref: 1353)

They are looking for a capable receptionist to take over several administrative functions at their Cheltenham counselling office. You will provide reception administration and otherwise support the day-to-day operations of SYPCS, using PC and photocopier to support the daily running operations of the office. The role will put you on the front-lines of SYPCS, where you will meet new people daily and communicate with them effectively and empathetically, you will also work alongside a range of stakeholders, including the management committee, counsellors and local community members, whilst being aware of their diverse needs, and controlling information confidentially.
What are they looking for?

This role will require an individual with proficiency in the use of office equipment, including PC and photocopier, and be experienced in the use of all Microsoft Office package programmes (Excel, Outlook, etc.) The volunteer will need to be friendly, organised and confident to excel in this position, with a willingness to learn and a strong grasp of IT.

Practical

Wheelchair access and disabled toilets available onsite.

Induction and relevant training is provided.

All applicants should be 18 or over.
