Do you have building/maintenance/DIY skills ... or would like to learn some ?

There are many opportunities for helping at TRAC. They are continually improving and making their site more user-friendly.

TRAC's main need currently is for help with building and labouring. They are continually making sure all the equipment is made safe for all the users of the centre, and building new spaces for them. However, they also need painters, cleaners and gardeners.
What are they looking for?

They are looking for honesty and a willingness to work hard in aid of a really good cause.


The location is on the B414 (bus route 32/33 from Gloucester to Ross).

Morning tea supplied (and sometimes cake !).

Disabled toilet available.

When: Tuesday morning, Tuesday afternoon, Friday morning, Friday afternoon,

About Tom Roberts Adventure Centre (TRAC)
TRAC's mission is to provide facilities within a Christian environment which enables families, young people and children to participate in and experience recreational, sporting, outdoor and leisure activities, with the aim of developing the mental, moral, spiritual and physical well-being of the individual and enhance their maturity and life experience. The aim is to maximise an individual's ability to become a fully mature member of society, regardless of financial, social, home and physical circumstances or disability.

They offer camping and indoor accommodation for groups on a 22-acre site with a good standard of accommodation, ample parking for all needs and attractive rates for group bookings, amid beautiful surroundings in the Gloucestershire countryside and close to the old market town of Newent.
