This organisation is seeking a volunteer to support their administrative functions at their new flagship Dementia care centre in South Cerney for a few hours each week. Duties will include manning the reception desk and answering the telephone, greeting arriving visitors in a warm and friendly manner, dealing with their inquiries and directing them around the building.
What are they looking for?
This is an opportunity for a friendly, sociable individual keen to meet new people, comfortable with performing administrative tasks. Previous experience in administration is desirable but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
Volunteers will receive full inductions and proper training.
