International Baby & Toddler Group Volunteer  with Global Footsteps (Ref: 1372)

Opportunity picture
Help at an international baby & toddler group for children up to 4 years old. The families are of different nationalities but the common language is English. They provide a friendly place for families to relax & make friends. Children enjoy a wide variety of toys & activities.

You'll be setting up the room (from 9.30am), welcoming Little Footsteps mums & children, playing with children in the playroom (parents are always present), helping out with preparing & serving snacks & drinks, singing time & tidy up. The group finishes at 12pm. Volunteers usually leave by 12.30pm.

They're very flexible and open to new ideas, so if a volunteer is a creative person and has an idea for a game, a song or an arts & crafts activity, he/she can have a go. Saying that, if a volunteer is interested only in serving drinks & snacks and wish to spend her/his time helping in the kitchen, that's ok as well.
