In this role you'll be doing administration tasks such as sending and receiving post and emails, answering and making phone calls, supporting the volunteer recruitment process, signing in visitors and signing them out, updating displays, and being the first person people meet when entering SkillZONE. This can be developed to support with writing newsletters, researching information, and supporting with bid writing.
What are they looking for?

You need to be happy to meet and greet visitors and members of staff as well as be able to use a telephone and a Computer.

Practical

You will receive full training for all of the roles and be supported by a Volunteer Manager and Volunteer Co-ordinator. They also provide re-imbursement for public transport or HMRC rate for car, motorbike or cycle mileage. You will also get the Exclusive SkillZONE Uniform (Consisting Polo-Shirt and Sweater). They are also registered with FairShares Timebanking. They also have a volunteer lounge and kitchen for your use.
