About SkillZONE (VG)
SkillZONE (VG) logo
SkillZONE is Gloucestershire's exciting safety village. Looking more like a film set than an educational centre, it is a life-size village with shops, a playground, a double decker bus, traffic lights, a train carriage and much more - a realistic, fully interactive learning environment where people of all ages are taught how to recognise dangerous situations and stay safe.

Opened in 2013, SkillZONE, was created by Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue and Gloucestershire County Council and is visited by schoolchildren, youth organisations and community groups.
