Activities Assistant  with Guideposts Trust (Ref: 1412)

The Guideposts Trust is seeking Activities Assistant for the Black Dog Way St. Paul's Social Club. In this role, volunteers will assist with hosting various activities for clients, including Arts and Crafts sessions; Painting; Drawing; Colouring; Flower arranging; Planting flowers in pots; Ball games; Music and dancing. Volunteers will also assist client when travelling outside, though these excursions are rare.

Volunteers will also act in a befriending capacity, communicating and reminiscing with clients.

The St. Paul's Social Club is open from 11am to 2:30pm alternate Thursdays, however flexibility in attendance can be negotiated.
What are they looking for?

No special skills are required, however volunteers should have an interest in this field.


All volunteers will receive a full induction and any training they may require.

All volunteer expenses incurred will be covered.

When: Thursday morning, Thursday afternoon
Age requirements: Over 18
