Looking to prove your skills in Logistics and Administration? Tirley Parish Council needs a volunteer to organise and manage their minibus rental. In this role you will handle communications with several groups and charities, each seeking to arrange usage of the minibus. You will handle negotiations and coordinate with volunteer drivers to ensure the smooth running of this operation.
What are they looking for?

Good Administrative skills,
Computer and organisational skills,
Good telephone manner and customer facing approach.


Volunteers will receive full training.

Volunteer expenses, if any, will be covered.

Tirley is located between Gloucester and Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire and you may occasionally need to visit the area.

"Access For All" - It means that all clubs and groups in the catchment area have, in effect, their own vehicle. - We are members of The Gloucestershire Minibus Scheme and are affiliated to Community Transport Gloucestershire.

The Village Minibus is owned and operated by Tirley Parish Council and run by a dedicated band of volunteers. We provide a friendly transport service to enable access to shops, places of recreation or attend appointments.
