Could you meet with a disabled or vulnerable person on a regular basis to chat, play games or undertake other activities? This may include giving instructions, supervising and perhaps making suggestions for future activities. These need not relate to a particular skill but should be interesting, engaging and must of course, be carried out in a safe manner. You would need to provide feedback on the outcome of each meeting.
What are they looking for?
The main criteria for this role is to be friendly with a caring attitude. If you are reliable, have good communication skills which include the ability to listen and are open-minded, willing to have a go at range of activities, you would be ideal for this opportunity. (Please note, you would not be required to participate in any activity if you did not wish to.)
