If you have personal experience of fertility issues, you would be ideal for this role which is co-ordinating and running a support group for people in the Gloucester area. It is a flexible role as support can be online or in person but this will have a big impact on those trying to become parents, and it is also extremely rewarding offering support and friendship to people who are affected by these problems.
What are they looking for?
You will be reliable and trustworthy, have good communication and leadership skills and be able to work as part of a team. Knowledge of fertility issues is essential and personal experience would be helpful. Good administrative and IT skills would ensure the group is run efficiently. Experience of public speaking and a willingness to attend events would also be useful additional skills.
An induction will be given to new volunteers with training provided (home based) plus on-going support. Volunteer expenses will be covered.
When: Monday evening, Tuesday evening, Wednesday evening, Thursday evening, Friday evening, Sunday evening

The charity's main aims are raising awareness of the impact having fertility problems has on other areas of people's lives whilst also campaigning for the fair provision of fertility treatment throughout the UK.
