About The Door (Youth Project) (VG)
The Door (Youth Project) (VG) logo
The Door is a Christian charity, based in Stroud that was established in 1991 providing support to young people aged 11 to 25 and their families.

Hosting youth clubs across the Stroud District in Stroud, Dursley, Cam, Cashes Green, Wotton-Under-Edge, North Nibley and Avening, they also offer intensive support for young people and their families, on a 1:1 or group basis and in local schools.

There are numerous opportunities to volunteer at The Door as Youth Workers, Mentors for Young People or Parents, or general fundraising activities such as street collections or the thriving charity shop.

Due to the continued demand for our mentoring service, The Door is very keen to hear from people interested in supporting a young person or parent as a mentor. Full training is provided for the opportunity to join a great community of volunteers.
