Membership database administrator  with Global Footsteps (Ref: 1630)

The membership database at Global Footsteps holds approximately 100 records.
This role will entail managing these records, improving and updating the database as required following member renewals. The administrator would be responsible for sending out communications to the database as and when required. A proactive stance on helping recruit new members to help with the charity's projects would also be appreciated.
What are they looking for?

Can you find your way around a database? Know the obvious pitfalls and how to avoid them? You would need some prior experience of IT systems and the ability to use your initiative although some training would be given. If you also have good communication skills, both in person and on the telephone, you would be a great addition to the team at Global Footsteps.


Training is provided.
Although the role is based at Portland Street, there may also be some requirement to work from home.
