The Extra Care Charitable Trust is the pioneer of Village communities which enable people to enjoy active and independent lifestyles in their later years.

As the coffee bar assistant you will be helping with tasks such as ordering and rotating stock, setting up tables, keeping the kitchen area tidy, using the till, making and serving coffee, serving snacks, and much more.

You will be working in consultation with the volunteer co-ordinator and manager.

Through this opportunity you will be meeting several people, from many walks of life.

As an Extra Care volunteer you will be well supported and highly valued.

Some of the people we support are not as mobile as they once were, but this doesn’t diminish their ability to enjoy life a little help from a volunteer can go a long way.
