Would you like to help girls aged between 7-14years old learn new skills, make friends and help others while developing personally at the same time.

Coney Hill Guides/Brownies are looking for female volunteers to work alongside an experienced leader on Friday evenings between 5.15pm - 6.15 for Rainbows or 6.30 - 8.00pm for Brownies and Guides. At St Oswalds Church Hall, Coney Hill Road, Gloucester.

Girls are involved in decision making in their group and follow a programme of activities known as The Brownie/Guide Adventure with themes: You, Community and World.

Typically girls get involved in a wide range of actitivities including arts and crafts, cooking, camping through to organising a party. They also go out on regular visits, days out and brownie holidays.

Even if you can only commit to volunteer to help once a fortnight your support would be much appreciated to help keep this established and enthusiastic group up and running.
What are they looking for?

Volunteer rainbow and brownie helpers must be prepared to roll their sleeves up and get involved to help the girls run their own activities. So ideallly you will be organised, creative, enthusiastic and have good communication skills.
