Opportunity picture
The Extra Care Charitable Trust is the pioneer of Village communities which enable people to enjoy active and independent lifestyles in their later years.

As the kitchen assistant you will be helping to prepare food, serve the food, to clear away and to wash up. You will be there as support, which is a vital role in any organisation.

This opportunity has the potential to gain a food hygeine certificate, if willing to learn.

As an Extra Care volunteer you will be well supported and highly valued.

Some of the people we support are not as mobile as they once were, but this doesn't diminish their ability to enjoy life - a little help from a volunteer can go a long way
