Do you have an excellent telephone manner? Could you be sensitive and calm when taking a call from a potentially distressed caller needing a counselling service?
Listening Post Receptionists are an important part of the service as they are the first point of contact for clients accessing counselling. A warm, welcoming, calm approach is essential. Receptionists will also meet people who are coming into the centre for appointments.
For this role you need to have good communication skills, non-judgemental attitude, be able to work in a confidential environment and be professional at all times.
As part of this role you may undertake administration tasks as needed. Reception cover is needed between Monday to Thursday in 2 hour slots between 10am and 9pm.
