Cheltenham First Stop aims to remove barriers to accessing multiple support services by bringing a range of key statutory and voluntary sector agencies together in one easily accessible location in the heart of the community. By working together in a single location, the partnership offers a focussed, unified, multi-role service which directly benefits the clients by removing the need for people to locate, travel to, and undergo needs assessments by several different agencies
Administration Assistants support Cheltenham First Stop’s lead receptionist/administrator by providing reception cover and undertaking the following duties:
• Improving key documents to set specifications
• Liaising with key individuals via telephone, reporting back to lead receptionist/administrator
• Inputting client data / information using Advice Pro
• Helping manage filing systems
• Typing meeting minutes
• Photocopying key documents
• Archiving documents
What are they looking for?
Working times are Monday to Friday in the morning and afternoon, however the hours can vary to suit your availability from 4 hours per week to 37. Volunteer expenses will be reimbursed.
When: Mornings/Afternoons, Mon-Fri

CCP work in partnership with the person and other agencies to create a sustainable and portable package of care and support networks, which enable them to realise their aspirations and reach their full potential in life.
