Would you like to be a front-line member of a team dedicated to alleviating the impact of homelessness, housing related issues, family breakdown and financial crisis ?
Cheltenham First Stop is a bustling Advice and Help Drop-in Centre at the heart of Cheltenham, where members of the public with a range of needs can go for support, advice and guidance.
You'll be greeting callers, assessing what support they need and directing them to the appropriate service(s). Occasionally, you’ll be able to meet the individual’s needs directly, maybe helping them fill in a form or access information. There will also be some light administration duties, including completing/filing paperwork and answering the telephone.

Working times are Monday to Friday in the morning and afternoon. Depending on your availability, the weekly hours vary from 4 to 37. Volunteer expenses will be reimbursed.
