Opportunity picture
The role provides dynamic individuals with creative ideas the opportunity to support the local library area by:

a) Supporting the core library business (issuing, discharging items, shelf management, etc.)
b) Generating new interest in the library by providing assistance in all areas of development.
What are they looking for?

General literacy and numeracy skills, and one or more of the following:

a) Interest in literature and providing information to the public
b) PC skills (assisting people with online forms, using email, word, etc.)
c) Computer coding skills (to instruct others, including children)
d) Design and marketing skills

Practical

Working times are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings, plus Thursday and Friday afternoons. Volunteer expenses will be reimbursed.

When: Variable times
Age requirements: 16 upwards
